Minimum stay
The minimum stay at ETOILE 31 in low + mid season is 3 nights, and in high season 7 nights.
For longer stays a discount is automatically calculated and visible in the calculated price overview.
Kids
- Children from 4 years and older count as a person.
- Children up to 4 years and younger can sleep in a cot; please select the cot in the extras. Bedding is included.
There is 1 cot and 1 high chair (Stokke Tripp Trapp) available.
If a child under the age of 4 does not sleep in a cot, but in a single bed, the rate for one person will be charged.

Etoile31 is centrally located on the boulevard of Egmond aan Zee. The apartment is located in the Sterflat, a characteristic building with a sea view. Via the central entrance, with elevator or staircase, you can easily reach the first floor at Etoile 31.
The apartment is completely private, but not detached on the boulevard. This allows you to use the facilities of the building, such as the covered parking garage.
Within 1 minute walking you are on the beach!

Surroundings
Egmond aan Zee is one of the nicest, if not the nicest ;) seaside resorts in our country.
In the summer you can of course enjoy the beaches and the lively center wth its restaurants, bars and shops.
In winter you can relax with a long walk on the beach. A real treat to stay there in any season and to relax completely is thanks to that fresh sea air of course ;)
